Heritage Meets Modern Design for Bespoke Lamps
STÅTILA, a German lamp company, needed a corporate design that highlighted their unique approach to blending restored vintage tripods with modern LED technology. The brand required a cohesive identity to communicate the individuality of their four lamp sizes—MINI, CHROME, BLÅCK, and MÅXI—while appealing to design-savvy, eco-conscious customers.
Crafting a Timeless Brand Identity
My role focused on developing a minimalist logo incorporating a tripod motif, symbolizing the structural foundation of their designs. A natural, elegant color palette inspired by the materials used in the lamps, paired with a mix of bold sans-serif and refined serif typography, brought balance to the brand. These elements were applied to product labels, packaging, marketing collateral, and an interactive website.
Promoting STÅTILA on a Global Stage
To amplify the brand’s reach, I also contributed to the creation of a high-quality promo video, showcasing the craftsmanship and individuality of the lamps. Released during the IMM (International Furniture Fair in Cologne/Germany), the video enhanced brand visibility and resonated with a global audience, positioning STÅTILA as a leader in bespoke lighting design.
