Bringing elegance forward without losing legacy
Gratacós, a celebrated Barcelona-based fabric house founded in 1940, is renowned for haute couture textiles that grace red carpet gowns, royal ceremonies, and even Hollywood productions. The client sought a delicate, elegant restyling of their brand presentation—bringing updated clarity and poise to their visual identity while honoring their legacy of craftsmanship and international prestige.
A subtle transformation with lasting impact
ask2 provided a refined restyling of Gratacós’s brand presence. This included updating visual elements with a minimalist yet sophisticated aesthetic that aligned with Gratacós’s high‑end, artisanal spirit. The project harmonized tradition with modernity—crafting a fresh look that reflects the brand’s storied heritage, its global reach, and its creative evolution.
A brand woven into pop culture and couture
Gratacós produces two original collections per year—totaling over 1,200 fabric references—distributed across 80+ countries and showcased in showrooms in Barcelona, Madrid, New York and close to Como (Italy). Their fabrics have featured in Netflix’s Bridgerton series, the new Superman film, and have dressed royalty such as Queen Letizia and Kate Middleton. The restyling not only modernized the brand’s identity but aligned it with their trajectory of innovation, international influence, and creative excellence.
