For the new construction project in Düsseldorf’s vibrant Bilk district, a comprehensive communication strategy was essential. This concept had to seamlessly align with WILMA’s established brand identity while highlighting the distinctive appeal of the FREIRAUM apartments, town villas, and townhouses. The project name “FREIRAUM” (Free Space) was carefully chosen to convey the sense of openness and individuality offered by the development. Through visually impactful design and targeted messaging, the strategy emphasizes FREIRAUM as a unique and desirable living space, designed to inspire potential buyers.
From Concept to Media Presence
For FREIRAUM, we developed the project name, branding, and a cohesive design concept tailored for print and on-site construction media. Key deliverables included project brochures, detailed building-type-specific materials, and visually engaging project folders. These materials showcase the FREIRAUM properties in a way that resonates with prospective homeowners and reinforces WILMA’s reputation for excellence in residential property development.
